The silicone is indeed more comfortable than the hard option of another model I own; however, the quality needs improving. The hole on the inside is not smooth, the edges are rough and a slight "tear". This leaves my meatus irritated upon removal. This seems to be a manufacturing defect. The gripper itself is not as good, shape-wise or firmness-wise as another manufacturers. I ended up taking the one of the my old model and using it on yours. It is much easier to put on and holds better. Also, I purchased two at the same time. The website says that you get one free. I emailed requesting a 10mm and never received it.
Great product, makes retaining much more comfortable.
Shipping: 1/5 It took 2 months to get here, along with some annoyances with UPS, almost 2 1/2.
Design: 1/5 stars. I really prefer Chris' (etsy) version of this (his retainer) where the gripper and the base are together. Otherwise the base can slip out which is so unbelievably annoying and really can be awkward if you are not at home.
Comfort: 4/5 stars. Definitely very comfortable, far more than any other device I've tried (CAR, Mantor, T tape).
Quality: 1/5 stars. Not nearly as good quality as Chris'. Bumpy and not very smooth.
However, I genuinely think this has the potential to be the best restoring device on the market by far, truly if these changes were made:
1) Attach the gripper to the base
2) Better quality control
3) Faster shipping
I really hope these changes are implemented, it would absolutely make this the perfect and best product on the market.
Doesn’t stay on Not my first gripper. It’s very comfortable. But pulls off immediately after you pull it up. Needs to be redesigned. Chris’ and even SR grippers are better right now.

Along with the extended retainers, this is very comfortable.
My copy has a bit of uneven silicone a long the inner bottom size that does cause a mark to form on my skin after I use it. It doesn't hurt, but I do wish that imperfection wasn't on it, I'm a bit too worried to damage it to try to remove it.
