This order was initially placed on April 25th. It finally arrived on June 8th. I emailed support twice to update the address before and after my move, and I personally reached out via Reddit to the username associated with this store. However, I received no response and the package was shipped to the old address 2.5 months from initial purchase to whoever lives there now. The product is fantastic, but I simply can’t support a business like this. The lead time on the initial order I placed was also over 2 months with no communication or support
My only nit on these grippers is some slight cosmetic imperfections with the trimmed silicone edges, but it doesn't impact functionality at all.
The gripper is soft enough to be comfortable, stretchy enough to allow for adjustment and application, and grips quite well - the 3d print lines visible from the casting mold are helpful in that regard!
The restore-in-comfort setup is the most comfy I've ever owned. Big fan, thanks for making these!

Works well, even for overnight wear. Comfortable but grips well. Takes some learning to get it applied.
Nothing like the product pictured. Like it's been cut in half or something. We'll see is they care enough to send a replacement that ACTUALLY GRIPS. I'm so fucking pissed.
