33 mm OD, fit for most wearers! This is designed to be roughly the same size as most other consumer devices. These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit, then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most grippers, but is meant for the one I sell. Sold separately are tugging strap and weight kits. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. I make these to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so production time may take up to a solid week.

I love this product! It's super comfortable, and I'm already seeing progress just within a few weeks of use. If you know how to adjust your package right, it won't bulge out or be noticeable. I just wish there were more clear instructions and videos on how to use the product (ideally with a real demonstration), sometimes I feel like I'm not using it fully correct.

I've only had these for a few days but I've been able to wear them nonstop for as long as im awake with no discomfort. Lives up to the name. The material is way softer than expected, but grips very well with no pinching or constricting. The price can not be beat either! Have already ordered the next sizes up.
