33 mm OD, fit for most wearers! This is designed to be roughly the same size as most other consumer devices. These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit, then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most grippers, but is meant for the one I sell. Sold separately are tugging strap and weight kits. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. I make these to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so production time may take up to a solid week or longer.

I've used the TLC Tugger system before and I wanted to get away from a device that required constant external tension. This is it.It'scomfortable and doesn't require straps or bands or screws. It holds itself together and feels comfortable for extended periods. Lead time is a bit long, however.It'sprobably worth it to err toward a shorter stack and upgrade to a longer one later.I ordered a 25mm and it's just slightly longer than I can wear comfortably.
Well made, fit well, comfortable wearing for lengthy periods of time.
