33 mm OD, fit for most wearers! This is designed to be roughly the same size as most other consumer devices. These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit, then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most grippers, but is meant for the one I sell. Sold separately are tugging strap and weight kits. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. I make these to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so production time may take up to a solid week or longer.
NOTE: SMALLER AND LARGER SIZES COMING SOON, this one is the "one size fits most" model.

This is my first time trying packers, and I must say these are super comfortable. I can't tell I'm wearing one, but I can also tell there is tension based on what I've read. The buy 2-get-1 free deal is great too.
If I had to nitpick about one small thing, it would be the tugging strap design, specifically the piece that attaches to the packer is the only true solid piece, but also the rubber band will need to be replaced after some time. Not sure if that could be improved, but I know it's not the main feature of this product.
As I gain more skin I plan to come back for longer packers in the future. Highly recommend
So this came up for the +30. I made my initial order for the 20,25&30. After doing research while waiting on order I came to realize mind was larger than my packing ability. I then placed an order for the 5,10&15. My research was correct. When first order arrived weird the 20. It was a no go. The 2nd order arrived yesterday and I have comfortably have worn the 10 all day. Great product!

Probably the best devices I've purchased. . I'm able to to where this device comfortably for roughly 18 to 24 hours in a day. Even my personal progression has gotten way better.. I'll be back to by plus 40 etc even though I don't need them yet, I want to go ahead and have them ready soon.. again, fantastic product!!
