33 mm OD, fit for most wearers! This is designed to be roughly the same size as most other consumer devices. These are hand-made silicone extended retainers. You start with the longest one you can comfortably fit, then move to the next size every few weeks or so. Fits with most grippers, but is meant for the one I sell. Sold separately are tugging strap and weight kits. Comes with a hole and frenulum notch. I make these to order due to silicone costs and cure time, so production time may take up to a solid week.

Medium Packer was a little too long for me. I can't really use it with the gripper. Quality is excellent, customer service is as well. Would recommend these products.
The packers are great! Not perfect. But getting close. I’ll keep buying them. Because I’m sure they’ll only get better! Super comfortable, can wear all day!!
