If your item was fulfilled Jan. 27th, read this:

Hey all,

I'm investigating an oddity that happened to my Jan. 27th batch, I've had 6 people tell me that their package didn't make it past the post office. If your package was fulfilled the 27th and it HASN'T moved past label creation in the tracking, PLEASE email me so I can settle it.
