8/23 Gripper Rework

Exciting news!

I spent a chunk of time doing some reworks on the gripper due to some issues I and some customers were having, and using this feedback I did a ground-up redesign of my gripper!

 Its slightly shorter, allowing for more outer skin tension, and it's much thicker and more durable. It also grips much, much better with less skin!

I'll be shipping these out over the older design from here on out.

In terms of other news, I'm also doing a packer rework, and getting the small and large molds set up! So keep an eye out.
