5/13 - May Production Update

Hi all!

So, as you've all probably noticed, I've been a bit slow to get orders done lately. Unacceptably slow. For this I deeply apologize. There's several reasons for this, biggest of which being that my full time job has had me very, VERY busy lately. I've also been having a lot of equipment/molds reaching the end of their life, which slows things down a lot. This is all being worked on, I have a new solution that will shorten the time it takes to get these things curing by a significant amount, and I've been replacing my most sold sizes with metal molds over time which are SIGNIFICANTLY easier to cast with (but also very, very expensive, which is why I don't just replace them all with that.)

I understand a lot of you are frustrated with the lead time. I just wanted to let you all know: I am too. And I'm spending a significant amount of time and money on company improvements to fix it.
